How long does it take for my order to be processed?
Here at Double X, we're redefining the industry norms. Each piece is created on-demand just for you, so processing takes a bit longer than the usual off-the-rack purchase. It typically takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products.

What is Double X's return policy?
We want you to feel completely confident with your Double X purchase. If the product is misprinted, damaged, or defective, we will provide a replacement or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot accept returns for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.
